The traditional macro base station method uses a feeder to connect the macro base station and the antenna, and has a certain distance length, which results in a large signal attenuation, and the site is difficult to obtain, and is less and less used in the system. The distributed base station is installed on the tower by the fiber connection because the RRU is close to the antenna side, so the attenuation is small and the site is easy to obtain. Therefore, the distributed base station is mainly used in the newly built system site.
